The Mei tai has extra-wide shoulder straps that form all over the shoulders - not on the shoulders or neck - distributing the weight to the entire back. Result? No neck pain while carrying. Very nice. The baby carrier also features a comfortable, adjustable waist belt with soft padding for extra carrying comfort.
