Exchanges & Returns

Too bad the item is not quite to your liking after all. If you have purchased a product from us but still want to exchange or return it, there are some rules. These are described below. Please have your Track & Trace / Order number and Postal Code at hand, so you can easily exchange or return.

Please note that only products from our standard range can be exchanged or returned. Products custom made for you unfortunately cannot be exchanged or returned.

Please make sure your package has sufficient postage. Returns are at your own risk and we recommend packing the package well and sending traceable and/or registered mail. The costs for the exchange or return are for your own account. Only in exceptional cases (e.g. damage) will we reimburse the return costs. If you think you qualify for this please send us an email to [email protected] and request a return label.

Exchange

If you wish to exchange your purchase, it must be unused and in new condition. Include the return form and indicate which product you would like to exchange your purchase for. Upon receipt we will ship your new product to you. If your new chosen product is more expensive than your initial purchase, an additional payment is required and we will notify you by email. We will send you the new product as soon as the payment has been made.

Returning

If you wish to return your purchase, it must be unused and in new condition. Add the return form and send the package. We appreciate it if you clearly describe the reason for your return so we can improve our products. Once we have received your return in good order we will refund the purchase amount (excluding shipping costs).
